Take the Challenge...I Dare You!

Be inspired to work on your trouble areas!

I wanna spread the word about challenging ourselves. I wanna get people on a movement that says "I want a happier life."

We have the inner power to do anything and one small change in us can make a big deal in our daily lives. I will be broadcasting my challenge all over the internet. So you will be hearing about it often. There is no time frame for this because we all grow differently. But I am challenging everyone in their hearts to become a better you.

How many of you live a perfect life? How many of you have no flaws and don't need to
change anything about you? I bet everyone answered not me!

That's right because all of us have something we need to work on. I'm challenging everyone to ask yourself "What areas in my life do I need to work on"

Everybody needs change somewhere. Why not try today. It doesn't have to be The New Year or a birthday. Make a commitment today to work on your areas of trouble. Put aside your pride, pain and past hurts. If you need to forgive, lets begin today. If you need to love, lets love today.

Free of Demons!

If we can begin to stop pointing the finger and start taking the responsibility of our own
actions, we can have a better life.

Let's take our lives into our own hands. Meaning, you want a better life for yourself. You
don't want to live in bondage anymore. You want to be free of the demons you are living
with. Take the step today to get those demons out of your life and work on your trouble
areas!

Take the Challenge!

There are 3 steps you need to take in moving on and accepting what's in your life. Recognize, Evaluate, Terminate. If you are someone who is trying to grow and be freed of some things in your life, you are going to have to first accept/recognize what is real in your life. You are going to have to accept, and believe it. For instance, if you are someone living in denial, you are going to have to come to grips with what's really going on. If you are going through a mid life crisis, you need to accept what is happening in your life. If someone has passed away, you need to accept that person as "gone" "in a better place" If your children have grown up and no longer live in the house, you need to accept them as adults. You need to accept
life and the things in it as it truly is. Not what you want them to be.

Many times we are going through so much because we live in denial. We are not accepting the things in life as it is. In order to grow, you have to know what's real. You have to know what's really going on. If you are an addict, understand that this is you. You are an addict. You can be freed of it but right now you are an addict. That's why they make you say "My name is__and I am an alcoholic, sex addict etc. You have to accept what's real.

The next step would be to find out how to change. Evaluate.
Evaluate the situation. Find what you can do to change what is going on. You must be real with yourself. I see a lot of people who block out their past because they don't want to believe that's how things used to be. There's a famous saying "You gotta know where you've been to get to where you're going" Indeed you do. You must understand what is real right now to move on. If you are holding on to something that is keeping you from moving on, confess and repent. By doing that you are accepting what is right in front of your face. Evaluate can mean praying on it. Reading your bible to help you be freed, finding the source of it. All of those things can help you evaluate the problem now that you have accepted it for what it is.

Lastly, terminate. In my eyes, give it to God. Say "I rebuke this power, this bondage. I am terminating it. I am giving it to God and it no longer has power
over me".

If you want to change, you have to know what you're changing. If you want to be free, you have to know what you need to be freed from. It can't be changed as it is right now but you have the power to get it out of your life if it's needed. Recognize, Evaluate and Terminate. Recognize the problem. Accept it for what it is. Evaluate it, analyze it; figure out how you're going to over come it then do it. Terminate
it!

We also have a lot of people who are living in denial. "I'm fine" "I have no problems" "No it's not like that" "It's not as big as you think" Stop living like that and accept what's right in front of your face. If you don't like it Accept, Evaluate, Terminate!

Are you motivated? Take the challenge!!

1. Ask yourself what areas are you having trouble with in your life?

2. Write it down.

3. Ask yourself what triggers this area? Write it down.

4. Go to your bible and find a scripture that will give you guidance, strength, and courage over this area of your life. Write it down.

5. Lastly, make a commitment everyday to improve that area of your life.

Inspiration ~New~

A lot of people are scared to make the effort to change. But if you have demons in your life; if you are living in bondage, now is the time. You can be freed, you can prosper but you have to make the effort to do it. God doesn't just give things away. You have to want it! Tell yourself that I want to be free. I will no longer allow this to control me. I want to overcome and be able to look back at the struggles I have overcome.

It doesn't matter what other people say about you. You are living and trying to change. God sees the good in you. Make a change today because you want more for you r life and you no longer want to live in bondage!

Take the time to read these helpful scriptures in your bible for encouragement!

John 16:23-24

Romans 8:26

1 John 4:4-6
